Hired Attorney Richard Herman

I was involved in a criminal case that was not looking like I had any sort of future before hiring him with the public defender. Interestingly, as soon as I did hire him the DA knew they had a good fight coming if they wanted to convict me. He found “loopholes” in my case which basically saved my life and got me out of jail in no time. I only went to court twice with him before I was released. He’s even been on the Tv show Forensic Files! He’s great man and I recommend him as an attorney for your criminal case needs.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
