Rebecka A. Monez is a duly licensed attorney in all California Courts as well as Federal Courts.
Rebecka cares about her clients and the outcome of a client’s case. She will listen to a client because even the smallest details can be important in a legal case. Rebecka will then give an opinion to the client. She is very direct and straight forward. Rebecka believes that being straight forward is the best practice as she never wants a client to have a misconception about their case, and “beating around the bush” usually helps no one.
Rebecka became an attorney because she wanted to change the outcome for her clients – for the better. She works hard to improve the lives and situations of those who trust her with their case and/or livelihood. That’s why she goes to work every day.
Rebecka enjoys working with the homeless and less fortunate in her free time. She operates two non-profits in Stanislaus County that support the homeless, drug and alcohol addiction programs, and the Battered Women’s Centers. Serving others is her passion and helping people is what it’s all about.
