Attorney Jeffrey Milam fought for me when other attorneys gave up. He is very knowledgable with this area of law because he has been doing Social Security disability law for over 35 years and worked for the Social Security Disability judges for 8 years. His wife is also his law partner, Sengthiene Bosavanh, and she has 15 years experience. This is a power couple who knows what they're doing. They have great staff who answers calls right away and are always nice and professional. I recommend them to anyone who wants help with SSI or Social Security disability benefits.

I have been doing a lot of my own, getting records and such. I was told I would have to pay extra when they ask for files in my behalf. I think all of the cost should be included in the 5000.00 fee if I win my case.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
