So far Gary Personally responds to everyone of my concerns very quickly . I felt over my head with what was happening with my case and he jumped in and set everything up to help me get better. My case is on going at this time but I feel like I personally matter to Gary and his staff . I will be glad when this is over and behind me. Thank you Gary for everything you are doing to make my life a bit more sane through this crazy time. I highly recommend their practice for workers comp matters.

honestly, they got me the lowest settlement I’ve ever gotten. It was pretty insulting. To make matters worse they didn’t properly look over the paperwork before it was turned in and caused unnecessary delays to my money. When I mentioned that it was ruining my life and asked what could be done about the fact that this was being unnecessarily drawn out, they totally ignored me and just apologized. Seriously insulting and not a place I would want to go to if I was in need of legal help. This has drawn out for months, just trying to get the money from the settlement agreement which was back in September. As soon as I stated, I needed to settle basically the company just stopped working for me and really didn’t care anymore to help me with anything. They don’t answer any of my questions, they just totally ignore whatever they don’t want to answer. Unfortunately, this is not a law office that you can trust and I found out the hard way. I will never be using this office again for anything.

Gary is a terrible lawyer, he will not represent you at all will make you do all the work for him.. then forget every detail of your case sell you short then tell you he did everything he possibly could while doing nothing. If you want to be ripped off and treated like your less than nothing really consider this guy. 1 yr later numerous lies lapse of recollection from him and zero effort. On the verge of bankruptcy and he is just like another court date. Oh and Gary can't wait for your that's not true comment and trying to do credit your lack of skill or actual accountability to anyone. If you want the worst choose Gary!

Everything is someone else's fault or responsibility. He was fired due to incompetence. He did nothing to benefit me these last 10+ years. No medical treatment, no psychiatric treatment. Fact. I was diagnosed with PTSD by Dr. Robyn Shaffer over 15 years ago. Fact. He and his associates never made an effort to return a phone call or make an appointment with me, either in person or over the phone. Fact. Utterly incapable of passings Dr. Horner's recommendations to the insurance company, essentially wasting another 6+ months that could have been spent with my 8 year old son in Mexico. Fact. He alleges to have spent 400 hours, yet no benefit was extended to me in terms of going 1 year without work comp payments, and nothing had come to fruition due to his alleged time spent. Fact. I have to go to the ER once per month just to get my anti anxiety pills. He was unwilling to file any paperwork to get me to any kind of Dr. yet filed paperwork deeming that he deserves $160,000 for his services
