Hired Law Firm

As of this posting, firm is withholding a will from executrix and heirs to prevent them from beginning probate with another firm. The firm quoted simple probate fees far over customary while unable to answer the most basic probate questions. Further, there was no offer to find answers. Indefensible. Heirs are filing complaint with Alabama Bar Association to have the will returned. Firm did zero service probate initiation. Extra costs incurred may be paid by Bar Assn.bad attny compensation fund.

Decedent was client of BLF; requested RB handle estate; family dysfunctional and combative; fee based on experience of over 50 yrs with similar cases; has billed for services rendered; holds lien on document until paid in full.

Hired Law Firm

The most unprofessional people I've ever seen. I can't believe this office is attorneys. It is filthy with small children running around. Mr Beckerle is very aged and unable to hear. Ms Beckerle is very rude and showed to have a very bad temper. I would never refer anyone to them. They refuse to turn over an original document that does not belong to them. So much more that happened with them both that proved they should not be able to practice with their lack of ethics.

Estate case-much anger;threatened us; demanded document covered by atty lien; won't pay atty fee; called police; scared my 6 yr old autistic grandson; told o leave the office; RB DOES wear hearing aids! but handles his work very well
