I was recommended to see this firm. Mr. Padgett has been known as Mobile's attorney for bankruptcy for many years and I feel both he and his staff have answered my questions and helped more than they will ever know. I work with several others who have used this law office and they are happy too.

Hired Attorney Herman D. Padgett

Mr. Padgett is Mobile's most notable attorney and experienced law office when consumer bankruptcies are concerned. He has a large staff and three full time lawyers all doing only bankruptcy work. I trust him to do the best that can be done for his clients. He is always current with the latest bankruptcy laws and requirements. His office is very helpful to the concerns of individuals.
