I had an issue where my own insurance company was trying to lowball me on the value of my vehicle. Fred made a few phone calls and set them straight. He took care of it quickly and did a very good job representing me. When the adjuster called me back for final verification he even commented on how knowledgeable Fred was during negotiations.
