I first met Mr Bodiford in June 2013 when I was forced away from everything I had ever worked for. Mr Bodiford had a tough case he was taking on for me cause my ex wife filed a(Protection from Abuse)and Divorce at the same time. This had me where I could not see my three minor children. Mr Bodiford had the PFA retracted within 2 weeks and had schedule set up for visitation of my kids. James also handled my divorce and did a marvelous job. I was well satisfied with him and would recommend him.
Hired him to represent my son in his first traffic violation. He went with my son to court and was able to get him probation, no fine, and just court costs! He was so nice to a very scared young man and was very reasonable with his fee. I would recommend him to anyone needing an attorney for any type case!

Mr. Bodiford represented my family on a case that started as a custody of a non-related child. He moved it through the Juvenile system with GREAT results. He then took it to the Probate Court as an adoption. That case was also won. I have nothing but get respect for Mr. Bodiford and the Job he does and the way he handles all his cases. HE also represented my family on a civil suit which he also won. Would hire him if ever an attorney was needed again.
Mr. Bodiford was excellent with custody before the adoption and then finished with the full un-related adoption. Would never use anyone else for anything.
