Attorney Bodiford takes his time to answer any question or concerns that his clients has. He is very attentive to his clients. My experience I have with him is superior.
His secretary is the reason I have suggested him to others. "Beth" is the most amazing help anyone would ever need. Mr. Bodiford was nice, and available when needed, but 90% of the time Beth handled anything I needed.
well, the actual court date is in January, so we don't know how well it will go for us, but he has been decent for the amount of money we are paying
I supplied all my information to him three months before the trial, and he knew absolutely none of my information. He had no intentions of going before the judge. The information he gave me before the court date was totally different when we started settling with my spouse's legal representative. I left from court with the impression I represented myself. What he told me I would get out of the settlement was cut in half by her lawyer. I will never use his services again.
Has not filed last will of my mother, who died in December of 2009.
