Frances H. Hollinger is an experienced bankruptcy attorney with over 23 years of experience. She graduated from Springhill College and Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. Licensed to practice since 2001, Ms. Hollinger opened her practice as a sole practitioner working in many areas of law including criminal, probate, civil, and bankruptcy law.

As her interest and experience in bankruptcy practice grew, she decided to concentrate on that area of law. She currently works with Hollinger Connor, LLC and has vast experience with Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13, as well as the newer Subchapter V or small business bankruptcy cases.

Ms. Hollinger is hands-on with each of her clients and takes a personal interest in their cases. She and her family are long-time residents of Baldwin County, Alabama

Hired Attorney

I had a case where my husband filed bankruptcy on his past due child support. She fought for me and gave me the peace of mind needed to let me know she had my interests at heart!! She is very professional and caring at the same time. I would recommend her to anyone!!!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.
