Stay away! Domingo Soto of Madden & Soto will promise to work but do absolutely nothing. Literally only spoke to client, ONCE, 5 minutes prior to hearing, then sat there like a child with no verbal skills in court. Paid for more than one form of service and received no service at all. Dom didn’t even look at the case until the evening prior to the hearing when HE CALLED ME for assistance, we had an abundance of evidence that he did nothing with and he had in his possession…he had 5 months to prepare prior to court. He repeatedly belittled his client, and made fun of his mental state! In the presence of his parents, children, family and the court! We have since then retained another attorney, a competent one. Our family’s suggestion is look far away from here and find yourself an attorney that is not in it just to take your money and do nothing for it!
