His daughter, Katherine M. Browning, joined the firm in 2008. Her primary areas of practice are workers' compensation and Social Security disability law.

Richard Browning failed me miserably and cared more about communicating with my Ins Adjuster, than me! I went thru an extremely dangerous test after being told, "I need to find another way to make a living" and was told "FUSION SURGERY RECOMMENDED". I wanted to give myself time in rehab and after 2 yrs, asked for another surgery consult. I was jerked around by both Atty and Ins adjuster with both revealing, "NO ONE EVER TOLD US YOU NEED SURGERY". I then went to Dr, rcvd copy of that fact, dropped off to atty and emailed adjuster. Neither seemed to care, only hoping that I would go away! I was denied another Dr for mos and atty told me when I moved to LA to be near my son, they would have to provide a panel of 4. I was continually denied a Dr, so I found on my own. The Dr that would see me was 30 mins away and had Travelers patients already. I was told to send their info to atty and adjuster and send atty's and adjuster's to new Dr. Next day adjuster denied saying "out of jurisdiction"!
