I got a traffic ticket in Montana 6 months ago. I decided to have a lawyer service and contacted to Ms. Sarah Lockwood. She listened every detail of my story and then provided all the necessary information, the consequences of the case and her legal advice. She always kept me updated before and after every hearing. Ms. Lockwood is incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, professional and very dedicated attorney. I am truly pleased what she has done and cannot thank enough to her. I would highly recommend her.

My family and I are forever indebted to Ms. Lockwood. From consultation to resolution (dismissal without prejudice within two weeks of retainer) she remained professional, understanding, and resolute. She was consistently straightforward, held no punches, providing us with information and her legal advice in a respectful manner.  Her candor and sincerity were both immediately evident, and did not waiver. Perhaps most importantly was the fact that she approached our case with an open mind, actively listening to our story rather than arriving at preconceptions (which was the case with a number of other attorneys in town with whom we consulted). In short, the best money our family has ever spent.  We truly cannot thank Ms. Lockwood and her staff enough.

Hired Attorney Sarah Marie Lockwood

Ms.Lockwood handled my family's case with immense dedication and knowledge. Our case was dismissed within two weeks of our retaining Ms.Lockwood. Not only was Ms.Lockwood compassionate and understanding, she was an amazing advocate for my family when we needed one the most. I cannot recommend Ms.Lockwood enough. She is an asset to the profession.

Hired Attorney Sarah Marie Lockwood

Mrs. Lockwood is a skilled DUI defense attorney who worked diligently to reduce my sentence for a felony DUI. She listened to my side of things and offered calm feedback, which helped lesson the stress of dealing with impending jail time and treatment sentence. While on pretrial release, Sarah, assisted with obtaining a travel permit to see family out of state. Through status hearings and continuances I was able to save up enough money to support my wife and son for when I went away. She reviewed all angles of my DUI case and we decided to make a plea agreement with the prosecution. I was sentenced to 13 months DOC and 3 years probation, which included 6 months at the WATCh program and most of the remaining on conditional release and probation - far less then possible maximum. Sarah believes in upholding the law as it applies to police conduct and defending Constitutional Rights of people she represents. Sarah had the right matter of fact attitude and grace to represent me effectively.

Torrance Coburn helped me with a labor and employment issue. He was knowledgeable, responsive and professional. He was also extremely approachable and friendly. It can be difficult finding the right attorney, but I highly recommend Torrance for any legal issues or questions you might have.

Bryan Tipp destroyed my criminal case, eliminating the possibility of me pleading Not Guilty! The when I fired him he would not return the unused balance of his fee.{para}Ray Tipp only filed 1 document for my dissolution. And then he had the gaul to bill me for $1250 on top of the $2000 retainer I had already paid. And thats 1 piece of paper in 6 months.{para}I am considering filing legal malpractice against the both of them. You'd be better off using a Law School student!
