I got a traffic ticket in Montana 6 months ago. I decided to have a lawyer service and contacted to Ms. Sarah Lockwood. She listened to my side of things and offered calm feedback, which helped lesson the stress of dealing with impending jail time and treatment sentence. While on pretrial release, Sarah, assisted with obtaining a travel permit to see family out of state. Through status hearings and continuances I was able to save up enough money to support my wife and son for when I went away. She reviewed all angles of my DUI case and we decided to make a plea agreement with the prosecution. I was sentenced to 13 months DOC and 3 years probation, which included 6 months at the WATCh program and most of the remaining on conditional release and probation - far less then possible maximum.
