During my second time of hiring Richard A Reep on a case, Richard stated he would represent me. Richard wanted a $5000,00. Retainer. I paid Richard the $5000.00 he put into his pocket. I didn’t use Richard. Richard won’t return my $5000,00 retainer and ignores my letters. Don’t hire this guy. He’s not honest and a crook.
