Robert is extremely proactive and kept everything moving along on our end of negotiations towards a sale of property in relation to a trust. He conducted himself very intelligently, professionally and with great integrity. He was also very patient and willing to answer any questions I had. He was very forthcoming in identify my interests and gave good sound legal advice. For anyone looking for legal assistance in his areas of law, I whole-heartedly recommend him without any reservations.
I am between a rock and a hard place with this review. A lawyer from this firm assisted me in locating a lawyer in a federal suit, several years ago. I contacted them again due to that great experience. My experience this time was not satisfactory. They collected my personal details and case information, then falsely claimed they were “too busy.” Decide if you want new clients before asking for my information. That would be more respectful use of my time. I don't tolerate dishonesty - one star reviews for those businesses. I don't believe this firm has been honest with me, and they wasted my time. Three Montana attorneys with 120 years experience said no firm/lawyer is too busy, and when they try that excuse, they are simply not courageous enough to say they don’t want your case. This firm has clearly changed for the worse in recent years. They went from a blessing to untrustworthy. I can no longer recommend this firm.
Working with this lawyer was awful. The most basic concepts were either overlooked or just plain ignored.
