Hired Attorney

Property damage caused by a fire started on a neighboring property by a large corporate lumber company. Four and a half years later it was settled out of court. Mr. Skjelset put in over 12,000 hours in this case against corporate lawyers. In the end we won a settlement. We estimate $350,000 actual damage cost the lumber company's insurance company over $1,3000,000 in legal costs and settlements.
