His invoices are always over-inflated and yet complain about credit card payment fees. He is not a good listener, he just accepts what the other lawyer says, he never explains what are the consequences for answering questions, and many times he misinformed me. I was feeling that he was cooperating with the other lawyer and defending my ex rather! And his secretary was like a heartless robot. Example: I called on scheduled time to hear the update, but I was told that he left the office and not available until he is back from vacation, yet I get charged for the call. No apologies or sympathy.
