Hired Attorney

The attorney demonstrated conduct that raises serious concerns regarding ethical compliance and professional responsibility. Throughout the course of representation, there were repeated instances of behavior that appeared inconsistent with the standards expected of a licensed legal professional. Communication was often inadequate, unclear, or untimely, which hindered the ability to make informed decisions and undermined confidence in the attorney’s advocacy. Additionally, representations made by the attorney were at times misleading or lacked sufficient transparency, creating confusion regarding case strategy, obligations, and potential outcomes. There were also concerns related to diligence and accountability, as certain responsibilities were delayed or neglected without reasonable explanation. These actions suggested a disregard for professional obligations owed to the client and, more broadly, to the legal system. The attorney’s conduct reflected poor judgment and raised questions

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
