Stephen is an associate in the firm’s commercial litigation, catastrophic loss, construction, and products liability practice groups, where he works with clients on complex civil litigation matters. He takes a strategic, practical approach to resolving disputes and is committed to delivering strong, client-focused results. He has been recognized as an Up & Coming Attorney by Minnesota Lawyer.

Stephen earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he served as a Note & Comment Editor for the Minnesota Law Review. During law school, he completed an externship with U.S. District Court Judge Steven E. Rau, gaining insight into federal court practice and judicial decision-making.
He graduated from the University of Minnesota with High Distinction, earning a B.A. in History and a minor in Spanish Studies.
Outside the office, he enjoys running, cooking, watching sports, and playing guitar.
