Stephanie Sadoon earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Iowa, with a minor in Arabic Studies. After graduating, she worked in Iowa City as an outreach mental health counselor, where she gained valuable expereince supporting indiviuals facing complex personal and social challenges. With a strong passion for helping others, Stephanie pursued a career in law to further advocate for others and support indivisduals navigating difficult situations.
Stephanie attended and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law. During law school, she served as a facaulty research assistant for USD Dean of Students where she was able to hone in on her legal research skills. Stephanie was also a member of USD’s Trial and Advoacy team, served on serveral student boards on campus, and participated in the Midwest Innocence project clinic.
After graduating from law school, Stephanie moved to Colorado to work as a law clerk, while studing for and taking the bar exam. Although she enjoyed her time in Colorado, she ultimatly decided to return to the midwest to be closer to family and pursue licensure as an attorney in Minnesota. Stephanie worked as an accoaite attorney in downtown Minneapolis, assisting clients with complex litigiation matters. Once she was ready to focus on her area of specialty, she joined Groshek Law as a criminal defense attorney.
