Tim is very knowledge with IP for technologies and engineering and is extremely pro-active. During the patent process, he also injected many creative and patentable ideas but never took credits.
Tim Bianchi provided outstanding guidance and service in a post grant proceeding at the USPTO and, with his team, was able to stop an Inter Partes Review from being instituted by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board when a third party petitioned to invalidate our patent. It is very difficult to successfully challenge these petitions and it was quite an accomplishment. It prevented our patent from being invalidated. We could not have been happier and highly recommend his work.
Tim is a seasoned IP Law practitioner whom we rely upon for patent prep and prosecution, counseling, portfolio assessment, due diligence, among other things. I am comfortable handing off any issue to him and asking him to run with it because I know it will be handled in a timely, thoughtful, efficient and professional manner. I highly recommend Tim!
Tim is outstanding. He is a brillant electrical engineer and scientist with the ability to explain complex technology to lay people. In my experience, this is a unique combination. He respects his clients resources and ensures that they spend their money wisely by developing thoughtful, customized IP strategies - short term and long term. He also has a valuable network of US and international colleagues. I would recommend him to any company - big or small.
Mr. BIanchi is an outstanding patent attorney. I worked with him for close to a decade on growing my company's IP portfolio, developing an IP strategy, successfully managing several litigation issues, and executing on a variety of IP activities. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, diligent and extremely responsive to the needs of his client. I highly recommend his services.
Tim has always been a great help in navigating a new patent, continuation patents, and litigation. He has plenty of experience to navigate the entire process. If he doesn't completely understand a subject he's not afraid to ask, and he always seems to ask the right questions. I would hire Tim any time I need a patent filed.
Tim has been a great asset for us. We are not experts in Patents and Intellectual Property, but with Tim and SLW helping us, we don't need to be. He takes the time to guide us through our questions. Our conversations are always very interesting and informative, and I feel we learn something every time we work with Tim on a project. I highly recommend working with Tim Bianchi and SLW.
Very satisfied!
