I was very impressed with my attorney Max Hacker. Max always kept me updated on my case and was extremely knowledgable. He got me a great settlement and I would definitely recommend him and Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben to anyone that was injured in an accident.
He helped us through the most difficult part of our life. We lost our daughter in a car accident in 2007 and having someone deal with insurance issues was so necessary while we tried to cope and deal with our "new" life.
They were very accomodating and courteous. Their communication was excellent, and even though mine wasn't a major injury case, they still treated me as an important and valued client.
He was always honest about the possible outcome. I didn't know how expensive it was going to be and I thought the investigator and cost would come out of the 30% the lawyer was going to take as social security and Medicare needed to be paid back for the medical cost they paid. After paying Medicare and social security and the court cost and the person who took the minutes...the thing that won the case was the pictures my dad took of the scene when I went to the hospital.
