I retained Richard after a major property loss. I was completely unprepared for the hostile environment created by the combined forces of my insurance company and government officials. If not for Richard, I would have walked away with nothing. From start to finish, Richard stood by my side. He assembled a fantastic team, including experts in relevant fields. When they went to work, top state officials backed down and my insurance paid. Richard's tenacity saved me and my kids from financial ruin.

I used Richard after the fact with a contract disagreement and he achieved solid results for me. I wouldn't have got results without him. He is very smart in discerning legal issues, excellent negotiator, totally goes to bat for client in getting positive results, highest legal abilities and has co-authored law books, has network of expert attorneys if needed, explains the process and status of the case, and has fair and reasonable fees. Would absolutely use him again.

There is not enough space to express my unfortunate experience with Mr. Saliterman. He provided erroneous advice generating excessive fees. Mr. Saliterman advised my documentation was not sufficient to address my legal matter. Using his advice and paying a lot of money I was getting nowhere. In frustration I completed my own investigation and released Saliterman. In conclusion I resolved my issue by myself for the price of a stamp. I do not recommend this attorney.

He was very unprofessional to his support staff. He was abusive mentally to both attorneys and legal support. He has since been removed from practicing which should have happened many years ago bc of his mental non-wellbeing. There is a class action lawsuit pending against him for his abuse over the years to not only in-person staff but also contract personnel and attorneys.
