Nichols Kaster, PLLP is a law firm with an office in Minneapolis, MN. At this office location, there are 62 lawyers practicing employee rights, breach of contract, defamation and 22 other areas of law.
They are a great firm. They have another office in San Francisco. The one in Minnesota is the one that handled the Class Action. I dealt with a Jon Sandquist mostly. He was the senior law clerk that helped me with everything I needed. He kept in close contact with me. I never had to wait more than a day for contact. He always kept me in the loop. I would use them again in an instant. They required no money up front, which is typical of a Class Action.
When they have hundreds of folks in a Class Action suit for tens of thousands of dollars, there's NO REASON they should get 33%!!! But what choice do you have! 20% would have been more than fair!! Typical greedy lawyers!!!
