We hired her to consult with our attorney on our case. She was unprofessional, did not know the facts of the case. After a 10 minute conversation and only reviewing part of the case, she decided to defend the other party. She didn’t try to consider the facts in our case. It was horrible. She was supposed to be unbiased. Instead, she tried to instill doubt in our attorney, insulted him to us, and even worse insulted us as well, saying you deserve what happened to you. If you want someone who will defend the case for the other side, than hire Ms. Knoblouch. Don’t hire her if you need her to represent your interests. Just don’t.
