Mark is an outstanding attorney. He has a calm demeanor but is fierce on the inside. Most cases have standard protocol with many steps to work through. Where Mark really shines is the way he explained to us each steps, why the steps are needed and the timeframe it will take. He was extremely good at anticipating the other attorneys next move and was prepared to answer or strike back. His response was always immediate when the ball was in our court. He knew when to take time and when to push. Mark won our case and exceeded our expectations. I can not say enough about Mark as an attorney and a person. He understood us and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire case which lasted about 5 months. We hope we do not need to hire an attorney again but if we do, Mark will definitely be our first call. Matt

I hired mark to handle a simple property boundary line issue . He strung me along and billed me out ridiculously wile in the midst I did most of the work for him . Then urged me into mediation . Convinced me we got what we wanted . Received another $5000 bill at the end . Even tho I never get anything close to what I wanted . All in all mark cost my family around $20,000 and even filed to garnish wages and I’m worse off then when when I started with mark . And put the 20k. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. He’s the type of attorney you here about (all they want is your money). He’s a snake and terrible with communication . If 20k spent isn’t worth a phone call idk how much you’d need to spend with him to get what your looking for .
