Hired Law Firm

Straight forward presentation of facts, asked questions and responded to parties involved. Also, this firm helps and continues to find new and innovative ways to do things right for interested people who have or would like to set up their own businesses. MT&C has set up relationships with other firms who are experts in their fields, letting everyone involved do what they do best. Gets a new business off on the right foot minimizing costly errors in time, money, and resources.

Hired Attorney Marshall Tanick

I met with and retained Marshall Tanick, yet had little or no contact with him after signing up with his firm. It is my personal belief that this is primarily due to him also having a very public and high profile case with NFL players that he chose to spend his time on. Additionally, the paperwork needed to complete my claim was not even close to what he defined or knew about. Ultimately, I fired him, proceeded alone and won all claims by myself after wasting $12k+ on him and this firm.
