Paul made me feel very comfortable. He didn't talk down to me and always answered all my questions honestly and quickly
I was not sufficiently prepped, so when I went over the details in front of the judge, some of the information was out of date. I would have preferred to meet the lawyer at a time different than ten minutes before meeting the judge.
We never met Paul Livgard for a disability appeal, communication was by email or USPS. He & his team totaled 11.5 hours of work on the case. We sent them all medical records, completed forms & contacted federal senators. The disability was approved, not because of Livgard, but because of convincing medical reasons. But, he was paid $3165. We appealed because it was not earned & the federal review board of social security agreed. He appealed, got a slight increase. Don't trust him!
These People told Me they thought we had a good chance of getting ssi Disability and when the Administrative Judge Ruled Against me they Dropped me like a bad habit. They would not help Me with my Appeals nor did they ever return my calls in a timely manner. Those guys are worse than Ambulance Chasers I would Not recommend this firm to handle a dog bite !
