A veteran trial attorney with 35 years of experience, Julianne concentrates her practice in the family law arena, to include complex high asset dissolutions with business valuations and spousal maintenance, custody and parenting time disputes, child support, same sex dissolutions, adoptions, and the crafting and drafting of prenuptial agreements. Julianne delivers compassionate guidance and strategic, results-focused advocacy. She is an accomplished award-winning trial lawyer with a proven record in contested family law cases and trials. With a deep history forged by her extensive and varied background in civil litigation, Julianne has handled hundreds of cases spanning a myriad of complex issues. In addition to her family law practice, Julianne also brings the full brunt of her experience in civil litigation matters, including shareholder derivative suits, personal injury matters and DWI defense.
