About Jesse Hersch Kibort

A highly regarded civil trial attorney, Jesse Kibort is a co-founder of Parker Daniels Kibort LLC. Based in Minneapolis, Jesse has vigorously represented his clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States. His clients range from individuals, to large national companies. In particular, he has extensive experience representing financial services firms involving multi-million dollar claims of negligence, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and violations of state and federal statutes. In addition to the financial services arena, Jesse has substantial experience in the areas of commercial contracts disputes, business disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, business torts, real estate litigation, breaches of contract, defending broker dealers, financial investment advisers and financial planners.

Jesse is admitted to practice before all Minnesota and Wisconsin state courts, Jesse is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.

Majoring in political science, Jesse attended the University of Kansas, and he participated in numerous student organizations before receiving a Bachelor of Arts in 2000. He then went on to pursue his legal education at Mitchell Hamline School of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and while he was there, he was an editor of the Mitchell Hamline Law Journal of Public Policy and Practice and served as a judicial clerk for a judge on the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Hired Attorney Jesse Hersch Kibort

As an executive, I use various lawyers for different purposes. Though I hate litigation and avoid it at all costs, sometimes you have to deal with a problem more aggressively. Jesse helped me resolve a tenuous issue without having to go to trial. He's clear-headed, tough, but realistic. He doesn't paint pie in the sky pictures of how great everything's going to be. Even if you're in the right, he lets you know the risks, costs, and time a case will take, all while helping to brainstorm ways to resolve disputes without litigation. I've always found him to be a great thinker and the kind of lawyer you want when the going gets tough.

Jesse is a fabulous attorney, having all of the attributes you look for in an attorney: he is smart, intuitive, has legal chops from years and years of experience, and he is super personable. What separates JEsse from the rest of the civil bar, usual lawyers, is his understanding of his client's psychology. He grasps the anxiety with which folks experience in civil litigation. He soothing demeanor and his attentiveness to clients questions, emails, text messages separate him from all others. During his representaiton of me, Jesse ensured I was educated about the law, he was readily available day and night for direct communciation (text and phone) and he made sure I was comfortable by setting realistic expectations and then he followed through. I highly recommend Jesse (on a side note as a practicing criminal attorney I refer many clients to Jesse due to my positive experince with him.
