Han is an associate in the firm’s commercial litigation and professional liability practice groups, where he represents businesses and professionals in complex, high-stakes disputes. He helps clients navigate litigation challenges with a strategic, detail-driven approach grounded in strong research, writing, and advocacy.

Before joining the firm, he clerked for several years in Minnesota trial courts. As a law clerk to a civil trial judge in Hennepin County, he worked on a wide range of matters, from employment and malpractice claims to trade secret and high-stakes commercial disputes, gaining valuable insight into how effective arguments shape outcomes.
Han earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. During law school, he:

•Worked as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing and Research
•Worked as a Research Assistant focused on administrative law
Prior to law school, Han completed dual degrees at the University of Minnesota, earning a B.A. in English and a B.S. in Chemistry.
Outside the office, he enjoys biking, playing chess, reading, traveling, gaming, and spending time with his cat Daisy.
