Mr. Yaeger was easy to talk to, and always willing to take the time with me. Mr. Yaeger was very knowledgeable, and when I called he knew (and remembered) all of the details of my case immediately. If you are an injured railroader, then you need the best attorney. Not only is Mr. Yaeger the best attorney, he really cares about you and your family. I personally used Mr. Yaeger to settle my FELA claim and I am glad I did. I was a engineer/conductor for 14 years until an on the job injury ended the career that I loved. Not only did Mr. Yaeger settle my case, he helped me and my family cope with the loss of my career. Thanks Mr. Yaeger for all that you have done for me and my family!

Mr. Yaeger did an excellent job of representing me in a personal injury case involving my former railroad employer. I feel he got me an equitable settlement from a hardnosed company. Ten years after the original settlement, he was instrumental in clearing up a retirement eligibility question with the Railroad Retirement Board. The result of my former employers incompetency/deliberate vindictiveness. I highly recommend Mr. Yaeger as a competent advocate.
