Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer. After a 38yr career in nursing I suffered a stroke. When I googled early retirement this law firm came up and I decided to call them to see if I would qualify. Took about 25 minutes and a 2nd call about a week later. I just got my approval letter! Every person I talked to said i would be denied my 1st time applying cuz everyones denied 1st. Well I was not denied. I honestly believe it was because of me calling them 1st! And yes it really was that easy! Thank you Premiere!!
This Attorney does not work for you. I feel all they’re here for is the free money if it doesn’t go to case hearing. I am very displeased and have requested my record of everything. I’ve done for me which has been nothing except for file required paperwork to address a denial and get a CE exam. I asked for my case history with them so I could present it to SSA over three weeks ago. I need this in order to hire an Attorney who will represent me. I have made several attempts to resolve this issue and the communication with Premier Disability is awful. I am fixing to lose my house, my children and my dog because of these people dragging their feet and not pushing and doing their job.
Dear Premier Disability Services Team, I am writing to express my extreme frustration and concern regarding my repeated, unsuccessful attempts to reach your office. I have tried multiple times to contact you via phone, voice mail, and email without receiving any response. Given this lack of communication, I believe that Premier Disability is no longer representing me in my SSDI claim. Attached to this letter are copies of the two previous letters I sent, which also went unanswered. This letter serves as my final attempt to contact you. If I do not receive a response within 24 hours, please consider this a formal notice of termination of your legal representation of my SSDI matters effective immediately. I look forward to your prompt response. Failure to respond will confirm my decision to seek alternate representation.
