Daniel C. Swenson graduated magna cum laude from Hamline University School of Law in 2014. While in law school, he served as an associate editor of the Hamline Law Review, made the Dean’s List every semester, and earned three CALI Awards for the highest grades in Legal Research and Writing, International Law, and Administrative Law. Daniel clerked at Robert Wilson & Associates during law school and joined the firm after graduation as an associate attorney. His practice focuses on workers’ compensation and personal injury law, representing clients who are dealing with injuries, medical treatment, and time away from work. Before entering law school, Daniel spent seven years as a union steward and negotiator, an experience that shaped his commitment to advocating for injured workers and understanding the challenges they face. Daniel lives in Nowthen, Minnesota with his wife, Kaylee, and their six children. He also serves his community as a member of the Nowthen City Council. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family and staying involved in local life, bringing the same steady, people-first approach to both his practice and his community service.
