Alexa is an associate in our Insurance, Electronic Litigation, Catastrophic Loss, and Safety, Toxic Tort & Environmental practice groups. Prior to joining Meagher + Geer, she completed a one-year Minnesota Law Robina Postgraduate Fellowship at Children of Incarcerated Caregivers.
Alexa earned a J.D. cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School. During law school, She served as Lead Note & Comment Editor for the Journal of Law, Science, and Technology. Her academic honors include six semesters on the Dean’s List, Dean’s Distinguished Scholarship, and recognition as a Next Edison Public Interest Scholar. Alexa was also active in the Innocence Project Clinic as Student Clinic Director and contributed over 100 pro bono hours through the Minnesota Justice Foundation.
Prior to law school, Alexa graduated with honors from the University of California, Davis, earning a B.A. in Communication with a perfect 4.0 GPA. While at UC Davis, Alexa was selected for the Outstanding Performance in Communication Award and the UCD Supporting Public Service Award. She also served as Executive Editor for the Davis Journal of Legal Studies and participated in the UC Center Program in Public Policy.

Outside the office, Alexa enjoys crochet and other handicrafts, cooking varied cuisines, and taking long-distance walks with her dog.
