Mr. Nardo represents employees and employers for claims involving overtime pay, discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower claims, and nearly all other employment claims. He practices extensively in Federal Court, New York State Court, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and New York State Division of Human Rights (NYSDHR).

United States District Judge for the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York, Hon. Arthur D. Spatt, wrote the following, in a reported decision, on December 18, 2006:

"Initially, the Court must comment on the level of legal services rendered by the attorneys on both sides of this case. The trial advocacy of Raymond Nardo, for the plaintiff and [attorneys] for the defendant, was outstanding. The trial attorneys were well-prepared, conscientious, diligent and, equally important, courteous and ethical in upholding the traditions of our profession. In addition, the post-trial submissions were well written, relevant and helpful in all respects. These kinds of concise and focused writings have greatly assisted the Court in its determinations of these multiple motions."

Hired Attorney Raymond Nardo

Raymond Nardo was my article 78 attorney in a case concerning the termination of a thirteen year veteran court officer by the officer of court administration. Mr Nardo argued that the decision to terminate me was arbitrary and capricious and not supported by substantial evidence. The charges were trivial and the defendants belief that I was a whistleblower of his alleged “time fraud” was false. Yet that didn’t stop his superior from filing these charges seeking termination of my employment. Raymond Nardo was dead on in his arguments to provide an accurate, well written and cleverly crafted response to the issues at hand. Recommend Raymond Nardo ? I totally agree with the award presented to Mr Nardo as the 2014-2024 “super lawyer.”
