Mark R. Bernstein is a partner and senior trial attorney to the firm. He has collected over thirty (30) million dollars on behalf of the firm's clients and has obtained verdicts totaling in excess of five (5) million dollars. He has won several appeals in large cases allowing our clients' cases to be re-instated after they were improperly dismissed by the lower Courts.
Before joining the firm, he was associated with several insurance defense firms over the course of ten years.
He has served as an adjunct professor of the Hofstra University School of Law Trial Techniques program and was a guest speaker for the New York State Bar Association when he lectured on "How to Prove a Plaintiff's Case."
Outside of the legal community, Mr. Bernstein is an avid rock climber and long distance runner. He has twice earned the title "Ironman" by completing a the full 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride, and 26 mile run in Lake Placid in 2005 and 2008. He has also completed two marathons and the Tough Mudder twelve mile obstacle course.
