Hired Attorney

It is very difficult to get in touch with Marc; you literally have to ambush him in his office. He overbooks, and so no matter how many times you leave messages with his secretaries, he does not respond . He has kept me hanging so many times, and let my divorce case drag so long, that I honestly believe that he possesses no compassion all for my son of myself. Beware of his braggadocio and inflated ego! Tough talk in the office but a shrinking violet in the courtroom, full of excuses afterwards!

The absolute worst. Does nothing for you, lets opposing attorney call the shots. Never returns phone calls. Secretaries are just as unprofessional and useless

Hired Attorney

Avoid this lawyer at all costs. He is a terrible communicator and will never return a phone call or follow up on what he commits to doing! He will give you lip service at best, and tell you he is on top of matters, which is far from the truth. Gets walked all over by other lawyers at your expense. Can not deliver what he tells you he will do.
