Hired Attorney

I was assigned this attorney when I had a case in district Court in Hempstead New York by the court. This man has a very nasty demeanor about him. He is unprofessional very condicending giving racist male shovanist tease. This is my opinion, being of African American decent and a female. He seems to lack basic knowledge being a respected attorney for over 34 years and he has no problem reminding you every chance he gets. He didn't recognized me on one of my court date when I was sitting in court. When my name was called he told the judge I wasn't there. I had to stand up and made myself known to this man. He was very rude and when I asked him if he could get my conditional discharge deal that I was being offered to drop from 6 months to less he got angry and asked me who told me this. I told him another attorney. This was when my John T serio got angry and told me to get another attorney and disconnected the call. Mr Jobn T serio has a GOD complex. He dictates not relate. Unreliable.
