Be prepared to do some of the "leg work" for him, but he is very adept at consolidating and distilling the information into usable form. He is great in court and presented himself in a very professional and courteous manner.
Paul did all he could for the money I was able to pay, except for the legal letter that my ex husband was ordered to obtain stating I am not responsible for any of his debts. I still have not received the letter.
P. Nelson Smith was extremely a difficult Attorney for us to communicate with the family he was paid really good money and paid in full. but did not get the job done after talking with two other attorneys in the Minden area. We were familiar with this process but attorney P. Nelson was the Attorney that we selected but he became invisible to the other family members he refuses to communicate with us. Bottom line he was paid for successions/probate and he didn't do anything
