The service was excellent with the exception of mis-communication, causing me to miss work. Each time I was told someone would be in the office for me to drop off my payment, I'd get there only to find no one. It meant several trips for me that were unnecessary.
Legal assistants are very friendly and very quick to get back to you when you have any questions or concerns.
Never actually met with Robert he must be at one of the other locations he has, the gentleman we had seemed quiet and burdened and not very comforting.
Richard Check assured me that he would personally handle my case. He didn't. An associate showed up 30 mins late for the final hearing. Can't get a hold of who you need to at his office and can't get answers. Paperwork had many mistakes.
