Avoid at all costs. Dated processes that benefit them. They will only allow you to use Money Orders and want them shipped USPS, etc so they can find ways to keep the money and discharge your case. This is clearly a problem with them and many have reported the same issues.
Mr. Martin collected $1,600 in fees from me to represent me in a simple Ch 7 bankruptcy. After creating several forms he called me in for a meeting to sign and file the papers. Instead, he held a long meeting that asked more questions. A week later he sent me a letter discharging me as a client with no explanation, keeping the $1,600.
