Took our case even when other attorney's would not. Very professional in the court room. Knows the law at a highly professional level. Isn't afraid to stand up for the defendants rights. No matter how this case is settled we feel, they did everything they could, to defend their client! I highly recommend this law firm.

If you care about protecting your children from abuse, DO NOT use this law office. They are Father's Rights concerned only, NOT in the best interest of your children. They only care about the rights of a father to see his children even if he is undeserving, controlling or abusive. They are bias and ignore what is best for a child's well being. The paralegal is also NOT personable, unfriendly and unwelcoming. AVOID Eric Hart at ALL costs as a GAL, he will only bring your children harm.

When I came to Mr. Richard Hart office and we went over my case you stated the most important part of my case was Mr ___ Criminal Record which includes the following and the mother moving my children to the most dangerous area in Milwaukee for murders, I and crime. The Commissioner was totally new to my case. He gave you the floor Mr. Hart to show the foundation of my case with the reason for our MOTION that's all in the court file. You started your opening statement about the school that's not even in my MOTION, and Mr. Hart, you and I already agreed right before the court that's an issue I have to get the mother to approve, not the court. Then, Attorney Hart, you got to speak two times, you spoke not one word about what you stated was the core of me having a chance of winning my family's full placement case. Then _____ attorney put in a no-grounds motion, didn't how much placement we both had or how to add the child support cost. It's no way we should have lost to her with how __

Hart law firm did a total of 5 hours of work that didn't help me at all. They actually did the complete opposite. I had 50/50 custody and lost that because of there law firm. I'm a father of 5 children and since I couldn't afford to pay them over 5 thousand dollars for there 5 hours of work I am now in contempt and Hart law firm asked the Court to throw me in jail. They do not care about the best interest of children. They will however fight there butts off to collect money from you.

Often our assignment is to represent the best interest of third parties, like children. It is not unusual that someone, like a parent, who is not our client, is upset with our representation of our client when things do not go that parent's way.
