While it is unfortunate that I needed to engage counsel for an action against one of the major brokerage and investment banking firms, I am very fortunate to have been introduced to Sean Sweeney of Halling & Cayo. Simply stated, Sean is an outstanding attorney! Sean is smart, professional, methodical and tenacious, which is precisely what I need given the complexities of the case and who opposing counsel is. Additionally, unlike many litigators who come off as being aggressive and combative, Sean is soft spoken, reasonable and tempered. I do not doubt that he can flip the switch when and if he needs to, but his demeanor seems to be that of a deal maker with one eye towards settlement and the other towards trial, as opposed to others who might only want to fight, sometimes at the expense of their clients. I also appreciate how he has explained everything in detail and how he quickly responds to my questions. It is with great pleasure that I can recommend Sean Sweeney
My attorney was Robert Dvorack and he did an excellent job, I would definitely recommend him
We had a horrible workers compensation claim experience with this firm. They were not thorough, we trusted them too much. 6 months after settlement we received a $6,000.00 medical bill. We reached out to them only to be told, sorry you signed the settlement agreement. We were naive to trust that they were looking out for us, we never received a bill prior as this was part of the settlement, the firm even said they called them. We know its our fault for signing without it being on there but never did we think that our lawyer would let that slide and accept the settlement without all medical bills they were aware of being included. We were a pain to them and i kind of think they just wanted to be done with us. They said they never received a release for them to get the bill, they acknowledged they knew about the medical bill and still settled the claim knowing it was outstanding. Now we have to pay it out of pocket. In my opinion, there are much better Workers Compensation firms o
