Hired Attorney Shawn R. Crain

Crain represented me on a malpractice injury case in 2003 in which a surgeon went into the wrong knee on a meniscus repair and then did not properly report what he had done on the medical report which he had to admit during the arbitration hearing. The panel awarded me a grand total of $10,000 for damages of which I received zero. Crain said he and his firm had more than that invested in the case. Crain did a very poor job of representing me and the issues of the injury to the knee.

Awful experience! Michael End and staff has caused just as much pain as the traumatic event in which we sought their help. Do not use this law firm! Michael End is negative and unmotivated with no remorse in how he treated me and my family. This entire law firm should be ashamed! Don't make the same mistake I did. I didn't have a good feeling about Michael End from the start and I should have listened to my intuition.
