She is very knowledgeable, hardworking and is willing to fight for you. She is not very organized though and asks repeatedly for information already given. And she lost a check that we sent for payment which some kind person found and delivered it back to our mailbox. We liked her and the work she did for us, but was frustrated with the disorganization.
