Hired Mr Saba 7-8 weeks ago to Update our family trust, wills ect after I was dxd with stage 4 breast cancer. He was told Several times at the meeting how time was Important that this be done ASAP because I have No Idea how my health will be. After our initial meeting where he was knowledgeable & answered all our questions, Communication has been Non Existant! His VM full so can’t leave a message. We stopped in this afternoon to see if our docs were ready. Receptionist was polite but he was “in a meeting”. Took a message, will see how long this takes to get a response. I am beyond disappointed in this law firm, would not ever use again & would never recommend. If they didn’t want to take it on as was a small thing compared to what else they do... should of said so Didn’t have time.. should of said do But instead took retainer and have produced nothing nor communicated. Being in cancer treatments, this is The Last Stress I Needed in my life.
