Working with Lindsay and Andrews was such a smooth process. Ms. Andrews was especially helpful in explaining everything in a way that I could understand. She handled my will and I was in and out in one meeting with my documents in hand. I would totally recommend!

Working with this Law firm, so far, has been a good experience. I just recently asked them to represent me. They are very detailed oriented and truly made me feel at ease. Everyone at this firm made me feel like family when representing me. Mr. Lindsay returned every phone call and emailed me often. He was "on top" of everything and wasted no time in representing me and taking action once I signed with his firm. Although I know he had many other clients and cases, he never made me feel like my case was any less important. My husband retained Ms. Lindsay for his Mothers situations and disputes and I have continued with her services since my husband past. Mr Lindsay and Heather Lindsay are great. Easy to sit down and talk with and you don't feel rushed. I corresponded by phone and email and my questions were answered professionally and quickly. Gave good advise on handling my brother's will and assisted me with recommending a great CPA to file the Estate Tax return, John David Elliott. I would highly recommend them to help me with any legal situation. Also, Laureen was a big help with getting me the information that I needed to me quickly.

Mr. Lindsey handle a probate case for me. My husband inherited a 3rd of his mom's estate but he passed before he received it. Now I am to inherit his 3rd of the estate. He received court papers stating zero value on the estate. Now if my husband had still been alive he would have received his 3rd of the estate. His family didn't want me to have it and Mr. Lindsey was just going to accept the zero value. If it was lucky enough to communicate with him he would say that he was waiting in to here from the other party's attorney. He said their attorney would nit return his phone calls. Well it's funny, I found out months later after the zero value that I could file a partition. So, without talking to me first he gave his associate Andrew's. He files partition and few months later the zero value estate now has value and so Mr. Lindsey charged me little over 3000.00 and recovered zero for me and Andrew charged me over 3000.00 and I was able to get over 40000.00.

Met with them for basic things (Will, Power of Attorney, and Probate). I provided all requested materials that day. They were happy to take a $1,500 retainer but haven't heard from them since. It's been 4 weeks. No response to emails.

Communication every poor, would not return my calls and always had problems with keep his appointments.
