He did not defend me at all. Had no case of defense, made a deal with prosecutor, unknown to me. And she welched. So since he had no defense I got hung

Mr. Brooks is not overly concerned about communicating with his clients. You basically have to demand a consultation regarding your case. He is efficient in his representation at trial, but does not keep his clients informed prior to trial until the final days. He utilizes the services of his legal secretary as a paralegal, and she does not communicate with the clients either. They both treat their clients as though they are an inconvenience and only a means to an end.

Client caught him talking trash about her behind her back. He was more interested in how much money he was getting for his time than the right thing to do.

This man will not return calls, never lets you know where you stand with the case and then gets you the worst deal. Don't hire this guy to help you with anything!
